2 CITIUS AND GAUGING STATION CELL

This is a special solution done by marshall where we have developed a special gauging system to measure the internal thread. This has been done for the first time in INDIA.

Using marshall’s patented technology for measuring internal threads this cell shares a gauging system with two citius machines which are doing the same operation. Based on the inspection auto correction of offsets is given which helps to keep the process stable.

It is capable of achieving a Cp,Cpk greater than 2 in an internal threading operation. The reports of inspection are stored inside the gauging system and can be collected through a pen drive and loaded onto the computer for further analysis.
